How are your artworks packaged

I make sure all of my paintings are posted to you in study packaging so they arrive at your door in immaculate condition.

A3 paintings on acrylic paper are posted flat in envelopes with a heavy card support.

If you have any requirements on how your purchases are packaged, please feel free to get in touch and I will endeavour to help you as best as I can.

 

How can I pay?

I accept payments by credit and debit cards and Apple Pay (on supported devices). You will be given the choice at checkout how you wish to pay. We can accept the following cards through my Stripe integration: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards), American Express.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ian James Brown, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I am here to help.

Returns

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
